Arena Policies

Cameras
Video and/or flash photography is generally not allowed at most TONY’S® Pizza Events Center events. However, policies are set by the individual show, so please check our website in advance of your visit. You can call us at 785-826-7200, email us at info@tonyspizzaeventscenter.com or check the policy signs when entering the building. All restricted equipment will have to be returned to the patron's vehicle before entering the building. If a patron is already inside the facility, the items must be confiscated, discarded or returned to the patron's vehicle.

Arena Admission & Anti-Scalping Policies and Procedures
No person, including minors, shall be admitted to any event in the arena without holding a valid ticket to the event.

Anyone with information on scalping should report it to appropriate arena personnel.

No person, including minors, shall be permitted to attend events at the arena or additional projects at the Tony’s Pizza Events Center unless properly attired. Tony's Pizza Events Center Staff reserves the right to determine proper attire for events at the complex.

Unless authorized by Tony's Pizza Events Center Staff, no person shall be admitted into the facility with any of the following items in his/her possession:

Alcoholic beverages or controlled substances (unless prescribed for the possessor) cameras, audio or visual recording equipment, radios, televisions or any other such electronic devices, except when authorized.
Pets (Excluding Service Animals)
Bottles, either plastic or glass
Shopping carts
Strollers
Cans or coolers
Fireworks
Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
Unless authorized by Tony's Pizza Events Center Staff, the carrying of food and beverages into the arena is prohibited.

No person shall bring any object into the arena with intent to use or which may be used as a weapon or projectile.

Smoking
Tony's Pizza Events Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed inside the complex, however designated smoking areas will be provided on an event basis.

Underage Drinking, Alcohol Bottle & Can Possession
All patrons in the building, who are identified as being under the age of 21 and in possession of alcohol, will be taken to the Administrative Office, ejected from the show and their parents will be notified for proper advisement. When necessary, they may be turned over to the Salina Police Department.

All persons who are drinking alcohol and appear to be under the legal drinking age but cannot produce proper identification will be processed as above.

All persons identified as the person(s) supplying underage drinkers with alcohol will be processed as above.

All persons 21 and over, who are found in the arena with alcohol in bottles or cans from outside sources will be ejected from the event without refund.

Banners
Banners may not be hung anywhere in the arena by anyone other than those authorized to do so by the Tony's Pizza Events Center. Patrons will not be admitted into the arena with any signage.

Tony's Pizza Events Center Policies
Outside food and beverage, strollers, umbrellas, large bags, recording devices, coolers and fireworks are not permitted in the Tony's Pizza Events Center. Management expects all Safety/Security representatives to use their best judgment in special circumstances. The decision to restrict an item in question is that of the Safety/Security staff and is done so with the patrons' best interest in mind. Any items in question should be brought to the Administrative Offices prior to the patron entering the arena. Restricted items will be confiscated and/or the patron will be ejected from the facility if seen in possession of any restricted item.

Illegal Vending
Tony's Pizza Events Center will not permit vending, soliciting, collecting contributions for any cause or the distribution of handbills on the premises.

Weapons
No weapons of any kind are allowed in the Tony's Pizza Events Center. If a patron is found in violation of this policy he/she will be asked to leave the building. When necessary, weapons will be confiscated and turned over to Salina Police Department.

Laser Pointers
Any patron seen using a laser pointer will be escorted out of an event with no refund.
