How can I find out about upcoming events at the TONY'S Pizza Events Center?

The VIP Experience is an electronic notification sent to members who sign up to receive EXCLUSIVE information regarding upcoming events held at the TONY'S® Pizza Events Center. By being a member of this elite club you will receive advance email notifications about your favorite concerts, family shows and sporting events; exclusive ticket pre-sale opportunities not offered to the general public; the most up-to-date information about upcoming events, concerts and family shows; invites to exclusive pre-show parties and events as well as exclusive contests to win tickets to upcoming shows, ticket discounts, special offers and more!! We do not provide or sell any personal information to outside parties

How may I purchase tickets to an event at the arena?

The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during all events. The Tony's Pizza Events Center Box Office accepts Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover and cash only. You may purchase tickets in person through the Tony's Pizza Events Center box office, online, or 785-826-7200.

What is Will Call?

Will Call allows individuals to pick up their pre-purchased tickets for an event at the Tony's Pizza Events Center Box Office. Will Call tickets may be picked up during regular business hours or day of the event. Picture I.D. and signature are required for pickup.

When do doors open for an event?

Doors generally open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled event start time. This may vary, depending on the event. Specific event information is found on the individual event page on this website. Guests are encouraged to come early to avoid delays. Some events start with a BLOCK PARTY a few hours before the doors open. Guests are encouraged to attend the BLOCK PARTY and enjoy the good food, cool beverages and fun activities. Once a patron leaves the Tony's Pizza Events Center during an event, there is no re-entry permitted unless another un-used ticket is purchased.

What are the video and camera policies for the TONY'S Pizza Events Center?

Video and/or flash photography is not permitted at most Tony's Pizza Events Center events. Please check the policy per event on our website in advance of your visit, call us, email us on the "Contact Us" page or check the policy signs when entering the building.

Once I enter the arena, am I allowed to exit and re-enter using the same ticket?

No. The Tony's Pizza Events Center has a no re-entry policy for all ticketed events. Any guest who leaves the facility during an event is required to present an unused ticket to gain admission. In the event of a special circumstance, please contact a staff member for assistance.

Where should I sit if my child is in a stroller?

Strollers are not allowed inside the arena. Patrons must leave strollers in their vehicle.

What do I do if I have lost my tickets?

If you have lost your tickets or reported them stolen, please return to the point of purchase for assistance.

For Cash payments there are no instances when a replacement voucher will be issued if a patron has lost their tickets.

Box Office Staff will require the following information for lost tickets purchased with a credit card: Photo ID with customer's name, date of purchase and credit card used. Once the original order has been found, a replacement ticket voucher will be printed and the original tickets will be voided. This will only be done within 48 hours prior to the show. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser.

If you purchased your tickets online and believe they were lost in the mail please wait until 48 hours prior to the event to allow time for the tickets to arrive. If they do not arrive please contact the Tony's Pizza Events Center (785-826-7200) to report your tickets lost or not received. Any replacement tickets will be available for pick up on the event day, two hours prior to the start of show. Tickets can only be picked up by the person who is listed on the account as the ticket purchaser with a valid driver's license and credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Tickets purchased in the secondary market (other ticketing sites, eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) may be fraudulent and not valid for entry. Tony's Pizza Events Center will not accept fraudulent or invalid tickets, and is not responsible for exchanging or refunding tickets purchased in the secondary market. 

Can I have a refund or exchange my tickets?

All ticket sales are final however refunds will be made available for canceled events. Customers will automatically be refunded for cancelled events when paying with a credit card. Any other refunds can be handled at point of purchase.

Tickets purchased to events that have been postponed will be honored at the new date and time.

Is there a Lost and Found?

Any items that have been lost or found should be reported to Tony's Pizza Events Center Staff or the Administrative Offices located in the main lobby. Guests may call 785-826-7200 during normal business hours (8am-5pm, M-F) to inquire about lost and found items. Lost items are kept for 30 days, and then are donated to local charity organizations or otherwise disposed of.

What is the Smoking Policy?

The Tony's Pizza Events Center is a non-smoking facility, except in designated smoking areas. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. Designated smoking areas will be clearly labeled outside the building.
