Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased from the TONY'S® Pizza Events Center box office by calling (888) 826-SHOW (4769) or in person from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets for accessible seating can also be purchased online at HERE. Accessible seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. Tony's Pizza Events Center will make accessible seating available to patrons with disabilities and one (1) companion.
If you have purchased, or otherwise acquired, a ticket to non-accessible seating, and you require accessible seating, Tony's Pizza Events Center staff will attempt to accommodate you and your companion with accessible seating comparable to the level that you purchased; pending availability. If such seating is not available, you and your companion will be offered available accessible seating in a non-comparable location. Because events held at the Tony's Pizza Events Center sell out, including tickets reserved for accessible seating, it is advised that all accessible seating requests be made in advance. Exchanges of tickets to non-accessible seating for tickets to accessible seating are on a first-come, first-serve basis and there is no guarantee that accessible seating will be available.
If you need to exchange a ticket or have any other ticket questions, please contact the Tony's Pizza Events Center box office at (785) 826-7200.

All restrooms in the Tony's Pizza Events Center are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
The Tony's Pizza Events Center welcomes disabled patrons who need the assistance of a dog as a service animal if the dog has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the patron. If the patron's disability is not obvious, staff may inquire whether the dog is a service animal and/or what tasks the dog has been trained to perform.
Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal's care and supervision when present at the Tony's Pizza Events Center. Guests with service animals will be asked to remove the service animal from the premises if the animal is out of control and the guest does not take effective action to control it (for example, a dog that barks repeatedly during a performance) or if the animal poses a direct threat to the health and safety of other patrons.
